Using Kool Moves Generated SWFs in MS Office

In order to use Kool Moves animations in Microsoft office all you have to alter the view function of your MS Office product;

- Click View> Tool Bars and then select the Control Tool Box option.

-Select the More Controls from the lower right hand corner of the Control Tool Box.  When you do this select Shockwave Flash Object from the list.  You should see a box appear on your screen.

-Right click on the box and choose properties.  In all MS Office products except Outlook, Front Page, or Outlook you will see a custom button.

- Double click the custom dialog and fill out the form.  You must specify the URL or File Path, if local, of your SWF in order for this to work.

-You should now see your SWF playing in your MS Office document.

-In Access there is no custom button.  The minimum you must do is supply the Path or URL to the SWF.

-In Outlook you must either create the Object in another application or Create a web Page with the SWF on it and use that as your signature or as wallpaper for the E-mail (the default must be set to use HTML).
