Upgrade Policy

KoolMoves

• For internet purchases after January 18, 2009, upgrades are free until at least February 2011. Free upgrades end with version 8.x.
• For internet purchases after April 18, 2007, upgrades are free until at least February 2010. Free upgrades end with version 7.x.
• For internet purchases after May 27, 2006, upgrades are free until at least June 2008. Free upgrades end with version 6.x.
• For internet purchases after March 1, 2005, upgrades are free until April 14, 2007. Free upgrades end with version 5.x.

KoolWizard

• For internet purchases, upgrades are free until at least June 2011.

To Upgrade

• After purchase, the software can be kept current using Help > Update Software. If you previously purchase an old version and want to upgrade, email us at support@koolmoves.com.
