Another popular feature suggestion for html5 applications I have seen on a few forums is Drag and Drop. It’s generally something that requires complicated JS setup but it would be a really attractive feature if it was native to the KM application.

It is already there. It is in the properties pane for each stage object. The code is in one of the action script examples (Javascript > Examples) if one wants to code it yourself.
